High Season  (1^st May - 30^th September)

* Special Offer: Play a free round on the Trent Jones Cashen Course when you book the Old Course this year. Two rounds must be prebooked and played within seven days.

Visitor tee-times on the Old Course are available as follows:

April, May, June, July:                   Monday - Friday until 1.30pm (exc. Bank Holiday Mondays)

August:                                              Monday - Friday until 12.00pm (exc. Bank Holiday Mondays)

September, October:                     Monday - Friday until 1.00pm (exc. Bank Holiday Mondays)

Tee-times are also available on weekends on a more limited basis.

Booking Conditions

To book ....

To make a tee-time reservation, please contact the Club to check availability.  When bookings are accepted and confirmed to the client, a 50% non refundable deposit is payable within 14 days. Tee-times will be automatically released for resale if deposits are not paid within the required time.

A booking form must be completed (with golfers' names, home club, handicap and contact details) and accompany payment of the deposit.

Full prepayment must be made at least 30 days prior to the date of play. Failure to do so will result in tee-times being automatically released for resale.

To cancel ....

All cancellations must be received in writing by fax or e-mail. Cancellations received within 30 days from the date of play will result in forfeiture of the full greenfee.

In the case of a no show, golfers will forfeit the full greenfee.

Visiting golfers are required to ......

Have an official handicap - Ladies max. 36, Men max. 28

Have your booking reference number available on check-in to the Club

Arrive at the Club at least 30 minutes before your tee-time

The Club reserves the right to add more golfers to a tee-time to make a fourball.

PGA Professionals ....

PGA professionals will be granted courtesy of the course. Tee-time reservations are subject to availability and can only be made  within two weeks from the date of play. ID will be required on check-in.
